Home Team Leader

Type: Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week, Permanent.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Home Accessories team on a permanent basis. The Home Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the Home Accessories team at Sloane Square, ensuring high standards of customer service, product presentation, operational delivery and team performance. This role will provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and task direction to the Home Accessories team, helping colleagues deliver an informed, warm and commercially focused customer experience. The role will also act as a key holder, with responsibility for opening and closing the store and will undertake duty management responsibilities when required.
