A staple of The Conran Shop's private furniture offering since 2015, Magnus Long's Cross Leg collection presents a newly enhanced edition.

Flaunting the same modern design that was bestowed the Design Guild Mark's Jonathan Hindle Prize for excellence in 2015, the Cross Leg Side Chair is upholstered in a new range of luxurious fabrics.

Crafted in Italy, the idea for the chair came about from wrapping Post-it notes into cones to create a supple but stable shell for the seat. A high strength tubular steel black frame supports the seat, while the back legs cross over, giving the chair both its name and a unique detail from all angles. The addition of multi-density foam adds to the fluid form and supreme ergonomics of the chair.

Fabric Information

Kairos Leather: Authentic leather with a natural suede look. Finished with high-quality oils and a soft, velvet touch.

Alpaca Velvet: A luxurious, piece-dyed, deep-pile and robust cotton blend from Italy.

Riso Bouclé: A yarn-dyed, jacquard-woven, highly abrasion-resistant large scale bouclé from Italy.

Prescott Leather: European bovine leather with lightly buffed natural grain. Has a protective top coat for a semi-matt appearance and soft, waxy feel.
